Interested in adopting one of our senior dogs?

It's easy! First, make note of the dog's name and then move on to the online adoption application.

After your application is approved, we will coordinate a time for a meet and greet with you and the senior dog you are applying to adopt.

If you (and your family) and the dog are a good match for each other, a home visit is then scheduled and completed.

After a home visit is complete, the adoption can be finalized and a new happy tail can be told!

Teddy came to us after his family decided that it was in his best interest that he be in a home with no children. We couldn't stand the thought of him spending another night outside and his foster mom rushed right over and scooped him up!

He is a lovely little fellow who is confident and calm - except when he wants his walk, food or to be held! Then he lets you know by barking. As soon as he gets what he wants, he quiets right down.

He's about 8 lbs and we think that he's 9-10 years old.

Teddy is house trained and he sleeps through the night in his dog bed in the bedroom. He is good with other dogs, cats are an unknown and he will need to be in a home with no children. He would love to be in a home where either his family is home with him or he has the companionship of a doggie (maybe even a kittie) sibling during the day.

We've been working with our vet to improve his skin and his fur is already growing back. He had a much-needed dental and is full of smiles now.

Our little Teddy bear is a whole lot of spunk who comes with endless cuddles!
