Rusty is a perfect little boy! His owner went into a care facility and he has found himself in need of a new lap to sit on.
He is good with dogs and cats and enjoys going on walks. He is used to having someone around all of the time and, while he is hoping to find the same type of home, he is learning to stay at home sometimes while his foster mom is at work.
Rusty is 11 years old and 12 lbs. He's considered to be 90% house-trained.
He is a very sweet boy who enjoys cuddles and cozy beds and everything else that is beautiful in the world!

After your application is approved, we will coordinate a time for a meet and greet with you and the senior dog you are applying to adopt.

If you (and your family) and the dog are a good match for each other, a home visit is then scheduled and completed.

After a home visit is complete, the adoption can be finalized and a new happy tail can be told!
