Pirate came to us from a pretty desperate situation and we are so happy to have him in our care.
He’s sweet as can be, good with other dogs and he adores kids. He has settled in nicely to his foster home and is happy to be inside and part of the family. We think that he will do well in a home where he can be let outside a few times in the day.
Pirate is 12 years old and about 15 lbs (he is working on gaining weight).
He's an adventurer who loves to get go explore the world. Then, he is ready to crash on the couch for many hours at a time. He is an easy boy to have around and promises to will be a loyal companion.

After your application is approved, we will coordinate a time for a meet and greet with you and the senior dog you are applying to adopt.

If you (and your family) and the dog are a good match for each other, a home visit is then scheduled and completed.

After a home visit is complete, the adoption can be finalized and a new happy tail can be told!
