Leo is a vision-imparied 8-year-old boy who came into the local shelter as a stray and the owners decided to surrender him due to his anxiety and them having little ones to care for………. Their loss is our gain! He’s a very friendly and kind dog and we are happy to have him in our care. 
He's a 20 lb bundle of love. He enjoys snuggling and is a good office dog. 
Leo is good with other dogs and is living peacefully with cats. 
We think that he will do best in a home where someone is home for much of the day, as he can get a little anxious when he doesn't know where his family is.
Leo is able to see certain things, such as shadows. He will need a little time to learn how to navigate his new home but he will adjust perfectly fine!
Cuddlebug Leo is looking forward to being a wonderful and loyal companion to his new forever family.

After your application is approved, we will coordinate a time for a meet and greet with you and the senior dog you are applying to adopt.

If you (and your family) and the dog are a good match for each other, a home visit is then scheduled and completed.

After a home visit is complete, the adoption can be finalized and a new happy tail can be told!
