Our boy Alonzo is THRIVING in his foster home!!! It is simply amazing just how far some TLC will go toward improving the life of a senior dog, especially one who has likely not know love until now.
This boy is super duper spoiled, eating like a piglet, enjoying his furry foster siblings and loving every day. He dances around the house and yard and is a happy, fun dog to have around.
Alonzo does have health issues that we are still working on. He is returning to our vet soon so that we can have the masses on his back end checked out for cancer. If those do come back clear, our next step is an abdominal ultrasound so we can learn more about his liver. If they come back not clear, he will be loved dearly for the time he has left. 
Alonzo is available for adoption as a hospice dog. He is easy to care for, loves to eat and is as potty trained as you can ask from an old man :)

After your application is approved, we will coordinate a time for a meet and greet with you and the senior dog you are applying to adopt.

If you (and your family) and the dog are a good match for each other, a home visit is then scheduled and completed.

After a home visit is complete, the adoption can be finalized and a new happy tail can be told!
